Note: Now that Seattle’s new SR 99 Tunnel Project is complete, the Alaskan Way Viaduct, a double decker highway along Seattle’s western waterfront, is coming down. Demolition close to Waterfront Landings is expected to last through early May, 2019. Expect peaceful evenings along with some construction noise during the daytime. Once complete, the entire neighborhood will transform into a brand new, scenic and expansive waterfront park. If you prefer a quieter daytime location, give us a call.
