If you want an authentic Seattle vacation rental experience, close to Seattle’s top tourist attractions, the Washington State Convention Center, Capitol Hill nightlife and more, Elektra Condominiums is the perfect home away from home. This 16-story high-rise was built in 1949 and remodeled in the 1990s to fully restore its original charm while providing residents and guests with modern amenities.

Once you buy your tickets to a show at the Paramount Theater, build a staycation or weekday/weekend getaway around the concert or performance at the Elektra; the Paramount’s main entrance is just steps away. The Washington State Convention Center is just as close, so business guests can attend a convention while enjoying all the comforts of home at night or anytime they want to step away from the action. Imagine taking a quick catnap at home after walking the exhibition floor all morning!

Seattle has mild weather most of the year, so the town was really built for strolling. Walk westward along the Pike/Pine Corridor to access Downtown and Seattle’s top tourist attractions. To the east, Capitol Hill is filled with many of the top bars, lounges and nightclubs in Seattle, posh restaurants and townie dives, and lots of boutique stores. Seattle’s International District is also nearby, filled with authentic Asian-American cuisine, Asian markets, entertainment, and cultural programs. Seattle’s Chinatown Gate can be found on South King Street east of 5th Avenue South.

So, how long will it take for you to get to Seattle’s stadium district on game day? If you’re coming to town to see the Seattle Seahawks or Seattle Sounders FC play at CenturyLink Field, or the Mariners play at T-Mobile Park, the Elektra is just a few minutes away by taxi, Uber or Lyft. Door to door, the stadiums are a mile and a half walk, and on game day that might be your fastest option. Seattle also has several bike share services that can make the trip a breeze.

While there is so much to see around Seattle, you may also never want to leave Elektra Tower. Seattle Oasis vacation rental guests are welcome to enjoy Elektra condominiums rooftop deck, with panoramic city views of downtown, Elliott Bay, Lake Union, and Queen Anne. Book early to enjoy a spectacular view of the July 4th Fireworks while partying high above the crowds.

In addition to the room amenities listed within each unit, a fully equipped Rec Room is available with advance reservation. Contact your Seattle Oasis customer service team to make arrangements for a stay in an Elektra condominium.

Check individual listings for parking information. Vehicles are definitely optional when visiting Seattle, as most attractions are within walking distance and there are plenty of options via taxicab, rideshare (Uber and Lyft), and public transportation.

Enjoy a fabulous stay when you rent Seattle rentals available through Seattle Oasis!
