Very clean and pleasant condo. Was so hot (106) the day we went so we did use the AC unit a bit but was tolerable. View was amazing. Convenient store downstairs and awesome bakery as well. We love these units and would come back anytime.

We loved how close we were to all the major attractions. The running trail was an awesome way fo start each day! And the parking was a major perk. Thank you for the local eats recommendations as well. Everything was much appreciated!!

Our stay in Seattle was great! The condo location was great perfect location for all the sights we wanted to see. The condo was amazing so beautiful well decorated

We really enjoyed our stay at the Belltown Court. It was right in the middle of town and super convenient, but guests need to be ready for all the city noise. There was no sound insulation. It was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. My boys don’t like sharing beds anymore, so one slept on the pullout couch that was comfortable. Thank you to Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals for letting us stay there! Tammy was really great to work with!!

I've been staying at SOVR properties for about a decade now, and they're always great: immaculate, nicely situated, perfect for the writing retreats I come to Seattle to enjoy. This unit was also really lovely. But I wonder if the pandemic has changed things for the company. When I arrived at the building, there was no one to greet me for an hour and half. The company did not return my phone messages letting them know I'd arrived. Later, I left a voice message about a problem with the unit, and

Great location central to everything you would want to see when exploring the city. Smooth check in/ check out, and an overall comfortable spot! I would highly recommend.

I rarely give 5 star reviews. As a former housekeeper I am pretty picky when it comes to cleaning. The apartment was very nice but not perfect by my standards. I won’t go into any boring details. I’ll just say it could use a little fine tuning. The location can’t be beat. It’s walkable to Pikes Market, the Space Needle, the waterfront and many other attractions. The staff, Tammy, was very sweet and helpful. Check in and out is very quick and easy and she was available for any concerns
