Chef Zio Antonitsas is executive chef at Westward & Little Gull Grocery

While Chef Antonitsas is a recipient of Food & Wine magazine’s 2015 Best New Chefs, she’s no newcomer. Antonitsas has over 20 years’ experience in the restaurant industry. At Westwards she’s creating delicious, Mediterranean-inspired plates that dazzle taste buds. Quintessential dishes include braised lamb shoulder with an herb and onion salad peppered with pomegranate seeds and served with tzatziki and flatbread. She continues to charm her way with dishes of exquisite meals.

Chef John Sundstrom is chef at Lark

After a brief hiatus, Lark is back on the scene with a bigger space and creative tricks up Chef Sundstrom’s sleeve. Offerings include his duck confit with spicy greens, pork belly with green lentils, and a whole slew of small plates to amaze those who taste them. Chef Sundstrom’s bigger menu enlightens taste buds with every bite.

Chef Eric Johnson is chef/owner of Stateside

Chef/Owner of Stateside, Chef Johnson spent the better part of the last decade in Paris and Shanghai culminating his culinary experiences. With plates of Cha Ca La Vong with black cod marinated in turmeric and galangal and served on rice vermicelli with fresh dill, mint, and cilantro, as well as mini banh mi, Chef Johnson has mastered his skills deliciously.

Chef James Sherill is chef at Single Shot

An instant hit with locals, Chef Sherill creates delectable dishes in a variety of sizes. His upscale casual menu rages from breads to roasted cauliflower to hanger steaks. Chef Sherill and his team know how to kick your taste buds into overdrive. His kale flatbread is a must-try local favorite.

Chef Heong Soon Park is chef/owner of Tray Kitchen

A unique dining experience is just within Tray Kitchen. A roving cart may look like it serves dim sum, but it actually doesn’t. Instead small plates that are veg-centric are being served thanks to the Owner and Chef Soon Park. You may choose delectable bites from the red cart or order from an a la carte menu.
