It is located in a beautiful and leafy street in Capitol Hill, four blocks from a Safeway and business district with wonderful restaurants. Try Bamboo, Coastal Kitchen, or Smith.
The Convention Center is about a mile and a third away, and the closest Light Rail station is .7 miles away at John and Broadway. This location would be convenient to the Volunteer Park and the University of Washington.

Not a real tree house, but a beautiful, modern Seattle townhome spread over four stories, with greenery and nature framed in the large floor to ceiling windows.
This vacation town home has a wide open floor plan. Enter into a home with an industrial modern vibe that has vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. Down a half a flight from the entry you will find a queen sized bed in an open bedroom, and full sized washer and dryer.
Half a floor up from the entry is a second bedroom with a queen sized bed, work desk and 3/4 bath. One more flight up finds the main living area with efficient living room area and flat screen HD TV. The large and open kitchen is well equipped to whip up most basics, and we provide basic spices and olive oil to get you started.
The last flight of stairs takes you to the master bedroom, with ensuite full bathroom with large tub and shower stall. This is an open room, so think loft style, with no door at the top of the stairs.
Here you will have access to the roof top deck, with a seating area, gas grill and peek a boo views of Mt. Rainier and Lake Washington. Please be aware before booking that children under the age of 12 are not allowed on the roof top deck.
There is abundant natural light throughout with floor to ceiling windows, and heated concrete floors are ideal and efficient. Please be aware that this may not be a good condo for those with mobility issues, as the home stretches out over four levels.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle–a quick drive to all the famous sites yet in a quieter neighborhood– and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
This townhome has no dedicated parking. Parking is on the street and a zone pass is provided for guest use.
Renters must be 25 years of age.
