This Great West Seattle Vacation Home:
This is a stunning 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome in the heart of the West Seattle Junction stretched out over four floors, so plenty of space for family and groups. The private rooftop deck has views of downtown Seattle and Puget Sound.
This is a modern construction home, and decorated with new furniture and fixtures! There are hardwood floors and polished concrete throughout – no carpets in the home. Radiant, in-floor heating keeps things cozy on even the grayest of Seattle days.
As you enter into the home from a ground floor patio, you will find two ground floor bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, and the second with a floor down futon style couch that converts to a double bed. Here is also a 3/4 bath, with toilet, sink, and shower stall. Up one floor, a guest will find a kitchen well equipped to whip up most meals, with all the basics, and the open floor plan to the living area makes group gatherings easy. There is also a powder room here, for convenience.
The third floor is a loft style master suite (no physical door) that is open, spacious and light-filled; a full bathroom and a full sized washer and dryer are also located in this space.
The fourth floor in this vacation home is a private, gorgeous rooftop deck with bbq, seating and views of the surrounding neighborhood, city, mountains, and water.
The bedrooms are all equipped with high-quality mattresses and linens.
A queen sized sleeper sofa adds flexibility to sleeping arrangements and allows the home to sleep up to eight people.
There is one assigned parking spot for our townhome. Please choose the smallest rental car that will suit your needs. This parking stall is not spacious. There’s also street parking available close by if you have more than one vehicle
The Fine Print:
Please note that this property does not offer Air Conditioning! Most houses in Seattle do not have A/C. There are multiple fans available, and Seattle cools off nicely in the evenings with nighttime temps in summer typically in the low 50s.
