Having the Seattle city skyline as your backdrop sure beats being cooped up in a stuffy hotel room.

Location

So, what brings you to downtown Seattle? Whether you’re here to see the sights, visit friends and family, attend a concert or sporting event, or do business, we have the perfect Downtown Seattle rentals for you.
Downtown Seattle is a collection of a dozen or so neighborhoods somewhat broken into three North to South columns between the Elliott Bay waterfront and State Route 99, SR 99 and Interstate 5, and between I-5 and the Eastern city border.

The Western Side of Downtown Seattle

Seattle’s Uptown District starts north of Denny Way and includes Seattle Center (home to the Space Needle, the Museum of Pop Culture, and Chihuly Art and Glass). Moving south, you’ll find the Belltown nightlife district, home to our many Belltown Court vacation rental units, plus hotspots like the Crocodile lounge and Local 360. The Waterfront District trails the coastline where the major cruise ships dock; here you’ll find our Waterfront Landings Downtown Seattle vacation rental alongside the Seattle Big Wheel and Seattle Aquarium.

The Central Section of Downtown Seattle

The South Lake Union business and residential district runs along the northernmost edge of downtown, it is home to tech giants like Amazon and major employers like Pemco and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Moving south you’ll find Denny Triangle (home to our Fifth Avenue Court rental) before moving into the Retail Core (home to Pacific Place mall) and the West Edge neighborhood (home to Pike Place Market and our rentals in Newmark Tower). Further south, you’ll find historic Pioneer Square and the western edge of the International District (including Chinatown). The stadium district, comprised of CenturyLink Field (home to the Seattle Seahawks) and T-Mobile Park (home to the Seattle Mariners), is located in SoDo, immediately south of Pioneer Square and the International District.

The East Side of Downtown Seattle

When you mention “Seattle’s East Side” to a local, they’ll think you’re talking about Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond across Lake Washington. But the eastern side of downtown includes many popular neighborhoods, including the city’s LGBTQ cultural hub, Capitol Hill, plus the Pike Pine Corridor, First Hill (closer to I-5 and the hospital district, home to our Downtown Seattle rentals in Elektra Tower) and the eastern side of Chinatown. The Central District wraps around Seattle University to form the eastern edge of downtown.
