Our fully equiped kitchen invites you to whip up whatever meal you have your heart set on. We also provide glassware for just about any occassion. When we say fully equiped, me mean it as we want our guests of having the option of dinning in vs enjoying all the amazing restaurants you'll find just outside our doors.
In the bedroom find a highly comfortable and plush bed. You will sleep well here! Look out onto Elliot Bay and the iconic ferries and other shipping traffic from the comfort of the bed. The divided bathroom makes life convenient when sharing this wonderful space with others.
Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
We really enjoyed parking the car in secure covered lot and walking everywhere. Very convenient location near restaurants, Pikes Place market and Seattle art Museum. We did not cook but kitchen made us feel at home. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed looking at view from living area and balcony. We also enjoyed hot tub in building. It was a very relaxing weekend.
Everything was just as perfect as it looks in the photos. The check-in was easy and their building manager Tammy was delightful. The location was central. The noise from the street was minimal. The only criticism is the fold out couch was lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on.
For less than the price of staying in a comparable hotel suite we enjoyed a home away from away. The staff of Seattle Oasis furnished this one bedroom apartment with the practical amenities you'd find at home like extra umbrellas and reusable shopping bags, along with luxurious splurges you might find in an upscale hotel such as fluffy robes and down pillows. Anything and everything in between can be found in a cabinet or drawer, right down to Q-Tips. Truly, the only thing we needed to furnish for ourselves was food and drink and even that was just a stones throw away. Since this was our first trip to Seattle we choose Seattle Oasis' Belltown Tower for the location. As a result we were in walking distance of every major attraction and smack dab in the middle of a food mecca. One of the best bakeries in the city, Macrina, can be accessed from the lobby and our walks to Pike Place Market quickly became a daily treat. We will undoubtedly be staying in a Seattle Oasis unit again on our return to the city.
As soon as my husband looked around, he said that if there were Oasis Vacation Rentals around the us, he wouldn't stay at hotels anymore. We loved how spacious it felt and the decor is beautiful. One of my favorite things were the lush bathrobes hanging in the bathroom. The view of the water was beautiful and the location was within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the aquarium. We have a 1 1/2 year old and the setup was perfect to put our little guy down and still have a nice evening together. I would highly recommend this place!
Bell Town water view oasis was everything My family wanted and more. Location was the best, we walked everywhere once we got there. The condo was great, very clean and stylish. The kitchen was well equipped for the nights we wanted to eat in. My teenage son said the fold out bed was very comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. We definitely will return.
My family and I were pleasantly surprised as we usually stay in 4 star hotels. The accommodations in Belltown were perfect. Nice bathrobes in the bathroom and complementary snacks and sparkling water. The location was very convenient to all the main attractions in Seattle in walking distance. I was able to use the full size gym in the building which kept me on track even while on vacation. We will be staying here anytime we visit Seattle and look forward to another experience with Oasis.
We were able to walk to everything from our condo, children included. The water view was awesome. The instructions, directions, staff the met us there was all wonderful. I would highly recommend this condo and Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. Thank You for a most enjoyable vacation.
This condo was a great find! Everything was just like the online pictures. Clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Satellite tv had lots of channels and kept us entertained. Everything you could want in the kitchen if you're planning on doing any cooking. The condo itself was well maintained and quiet. The location is the best part. ..about a 20 min walk to the market and so many great restaurants within a very short distance from the condo. The List was our favorite...has a great happy hour :) If I'm ever back in Seattle I will be staying here again.

I stayed here for five nights in late august with my husband and two kids. The flat was attractive, comfortable, and extremely well stocked with everything we needed and more - washer and dryer, iPod station, cleaning supplies, spices, you name it! Both beds - including the fold out couch -were very comfortable and the bedding was lovely. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi a few floors down. The big windows give the flat a nice open, spacious feel, but I think the "water view" is overrated -ok but nothing special. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this flat if the view is a priority for you. The location is very convenient if you want to be downtown - it is walking distance to all the main attractions and there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from, including an awesome bakery just downstairs. Can be a little noisy at night, so keep the windows closed or pick a less urban spot if you are a light sleeper. Great service from Seattle Oasis. Would definitely use them again.
Perfect location for seeing Seattle. Tourist attractions within walking distance even with 2 kids aged 6 & 8. Great amenities. Pool area was great for the kids to let off some steam. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo very much. The only issue is noise from the Bar in the alleyway across the street. The outdoor bar seating area was very loud till the 2:00am closing and prohibited us from sleeping with the windows open...
I am glad you had an enjoyable time at our condo. It IS located in a very urban environment, so street noise is sometimes unavoidable. With the convenience of being within walking distance to everything in Seattle, and having great restaurants, bars and nightlife within steps of your front door is the reality that others are enjoying those great features as well, and sometimes a bit louder than we would wish! My husband and I spend 6 days enjoying Seattle and having a nice, comfortable, clean, place to wake up in and to relax in was the cherry on top!! This lovely condo met all our needs, except 1 very minor one. We would have Loved to have had just 2 outdoor chairs that we could have used in the small balcony off the living room/bedroom. Other than that, which was minor, we had everything we needed. Tammy was just a doll, to tour us through the condo and the building, such a Great first impression when you aren't sure what you have gottten yourself into : ). I noticed that someone else had previously mentioned the thin drapes in the bedroom, they are lined and I am sure cannot be seen through. We would highly recommed this unit, or any for that matter that is managed by Seattle Oasis!! The unit was quiet, we rarley ever saw anyone and when we did it appeared they were only out to walk their pet, which we never Ever even heard. A comfortable walk to Pike's Market and the Space Needle, and yes, lots of dining places along the way and just outside your door, bakery and coffee shop!! We loved Cyclops,(across the street) the food was amazing, not much on the decor, but good food and prices. Italian, Brazilian, Mexican, American food, all really within a couple or blocks!. We did have a little problem getting the WiFI to work, but with a phone call, that was resolved! We are ready to go back already!!

This modern condo is perfectly located in Belltown and is surrounded by all the great restaurants. Pike Places Market is just 5 blocks away. Because we have a toddler, we rented a vehicle but we rarely drove because we just walked to most of the attractions. The condo unit itself has all the modern touch. It is spacious for three of us. The kitchen is very well-equipped and they even supplied zip lock bags. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The bedroom is pretty good size with a queen (or double?) bed. We put our inflatable crib in the room and it did not feel cramped. The linens are very comfortable, however, the pillows,we're even too soft or too hard. The short coming of the bedroom is the curtains are paper thin. We talked to the managing company but apparently there is nothing they can do about it. It was fortunately that i could put something together to make it work. Otherwise, I believe my toddler will have a hard time to sleep. Overall, I highly recommend the condo and personally I look forward to stay here again.
We could not have been happier with our stay in Belltown. The condo was in a great location, and it was convenient having parking, because we didn't need to use our car once the entire stay. We were a short walk or cab ride form everywhere we wanted to visit and the amount of cafes and restaurants near by, made it easy to find a nice place for dinner or breakfast. The guide book and binder with helpful information was incredibly useful. Deciding on attractions to visit, where to find groceries, and restaurant recommendations made our stay effortless. Thank you again! We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for an affordable way to visit Seattle and enjoy the luxury of having a place to call home.
The staff was great, helpful, courteous & very down to earth people. The condo had a great view of the downtown area & made you feel very at home. We had a great time & felt very safe there.
